The bumper range covers the Patrol Y62 — a newer generation than the vehicles the lockers are for. They are two different designs and nothing carries over.
The Terrano II was also sold as the Ford Maverick. If you have a Maverick the axle may well be the same — but that has to be checked, not assumed.
